Sirloin and Loin Kabobs. The rest is ground for burgers, spaghetti, tacos (the kids won’t know it’s not beef!) & meatloaf.
A half-lamb for burgers and kabobs is $10.50/lb hanging weight, this includes 20lbs of meat and bones and the hanging weight would be approximately 25lbs. Total will be around $250 for a half-lamb. We will send you an invoice with your remaining balance before pick-up.
Bones & organs optional. Please specify in cart notes before checkout what you would like included. Your preference will not change the price. Not specifying or choosing to not keep will donate them back to the farm. Our hard-working farm dogs appreciate it!
*We do not always get the organs back with our lamb, when we do, we make sure to include them. If you have notated you would like lamb organs, we do our best to have them added, however we cannot guarantee it.
