This is superior ground beef because it came from a whole cow, which means that everything goes into the burger from parts of the sirloin to chuck roast to eye of round! Yes, even some of the steaks as well as the roasts are ground into whole-animal ground beef. It is from an animal that had time to assimilate tens thousands of pounds of plants and turn them into highly-assimilable nutrition. It is superior in every way.
We separately package the steaks and you will get one each with each 1/8th. You will also get 1/8th of the bones for soup and stew and stock. This beef is sold by the 1/8 cow. You can get as many 1/8ths as we have in stock for pre-order. This animal was never fed grain. (And she was never vaccinated with an mR#a vax, either.)
This meat is processed under the custom exempt label and will be labeled “not for sale.” The plant were our meat is processed is inspected. You are trusting us as your farmers to only pick out a healthy animal for your family, as we would do for our own.
Custom-exempt slaughter and processing plants are expected to meet the same requirements for sanitation and humane handling that USDA-inspected plants must meet, even though an inspector is not required to be present at the time the animal is harvested.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and fattened for maximum taste and nutrition. The ground beef is vacuum-sealed in 1lb packages. The bones will be cut into 3" pieces, and the ribeye will be around 1.25" thick, and the filet mignon likely thicker.

We are a small, family farm. When you place an order, we then schedule and harvest the animal. We do our best to be as expedient as possible, but real food is sometimes slow food. The best we can tell you is what season we will harvest your meat.
We do our very best to make you happy and nourish your family with food you can't get elsewhere. You can buy "grass-fed" in the grocery store or online. We don't think it's the same food. But if you want immediate turnaround, there are better options for you. If you want meat loaded with phytonutrients and soul that can't be injected in any factory, you've come to the right place.
Pickup is on the farm at our farm store at 1568 Haw Ranch Rd., Graham, NC 27253. Saturdays 11a-2p.
If you do not want the bones, you are welcome to donate them back to the farm. Our guard dogs love them. Please put it in the order notes if you do not want the bones.
