What's in the bundles

Ground Beef Bundles

Regular Ground or Ancestral

22 lbs of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef plus 4–5 lbs of bones for stock, per package. The ancestral grind blends in 7% organs — heart, kidney, liver — so the whole family gets nose-to-tail nutrition and just tastes extra-flavorful ground beef. It is by far our most popular package because it's an easy way to get organs into the whole family and if you mix it in spaghetti or meatloaf or tacos everyone just thinks its very flavorful ground beef!

Our most requested cuts in one box. Limit one per order – the rest of your share fills in around it.

Only available through this offer. Made from our organically-fed woodland hogs – some of the only organic pastured pork in the region, born right here. Clean spices, no "spice extractives" (the industry's polite name for MSG-like excitotoxins). These are perfect for quick meals.

⅛ Pork Cut Bundle

22 lbs of Berkshire pork, raised in the woods on organic feed, grass-fed milk, and regeneratively grown vegetables – no standard hog ration anywhere near it. Fat and bones (by request) come back to you too; we'll gladly take them back for our livestock guardian dogs if you'd rather not keep them.

We're finishing the butcher shop. This is how we're funding the last stretch.

We're in the final stages of up-fitting our on-farm meat plant, alongside a commercial kitchen and creamery – a huge, capital-intense step toward deeper stewardship and a more honest way of feeding our family and yours.

Every bundle sold here goes straight into that build. In return, we're passing 50% more value back to you than a standard order, because this only works if the people who already trust our meat help us build the room to process more of it, closer to home.

An unhurried, semi-private walk through the pastures with Suzanne or Dr. K. You'll see exactly where your food was raised and the space your investment is helping build.

2 - The dinner

A hearty, one-pot home-cooked meal in our event barn at sunset. Bring another adult and the kids. Dates will be announced soon.

Before you order - good things to know

When do I actually get the meat?

Bundles are fulfilled this summer and early fall. If your freezer needs more spread out, tell us and we'll stagger your order across the season for you.

 

Can I swap what's in my bundle?

Yes, write your preferred substitution in the order notes at checkout. The one limit: no more than one Steak & Roast bundle per order, since it's our most requested cut.

 

What if I don't live near the farm?

The Build the Butcher Donation and $50 Donation options let you support the farm with no local pickup required. If you do want to travel in for your meat, our on-farm tiny homes are $110/night. Limited availability.

 

Is this refundable?

All meat purchases are non-refundable, since your $1,000 is going directly toward finishing the on-farm abattoir and commercial kitchen this offer is funding.

 

Where does my money actually go?

Straight into up-fitting our on-farm meat processing plant, commercial kitchen, and creamery – the infrastructure that lets Reverence Farms process more of its own animals, closer to home, for the long term. These are huge dreams that have huge implications for your food security. 

As the world gets crazier, we are taking care of our friends and building a relationship-based economy that is set apart for such a time as this.
