A half-lamb is $12/lb hanging weight. We will send you an invoice with your remaining balance before pickup.
Please specify in order notes in your cart your preference (no guarantees) for size of lamb, box option (which we will guarantee) and if you would like to keep the bones. Choosing to not take bones, organs or fat will not change the hanging weight. You will be donating them back to the hard-working farm dogs!
*We do not always get the organs back with our lamb. When we do, we make sure to include them. If you have notated you would like lamb organs, we do our best to have them added, however we cannot guarantee it.
