One hour phone call includes complimentary follow up as needed without charge (at DrK’s discretion) and if call and total follow up time is less than 30 minutes, then there will be a $150 credit on your account for any purchase in our online store.

Please be considerate of reasonable hours for this service. We are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Dr. Karreman is not an on-call emergency vet, but he wants to be able to help you and your animal. If Dr. Karreman is not able to call you within 3 hours during a reasonable time period, your call will be refunded.
