This is a hands-on, in-the-thick-of-it experience where you'll roll up your sleeves and dive headfirst into the heartbeat of farm life. From dawn till dusk, you'll be an integral part of leading the day-to-day tasks at Reverence Farms. There's truly no better way to learn how to steward the homestead ecosystem than by being at the forefront of the action on a regenerative dairy farm, learning from seasoned experts who live and breathe sustainable farming.

What you can expect:

-Hands-on experience in animal husbandry, shepherding, and caring for a grass-fed dairy herd.

-Personalized mentorship from seasoned farmers passionate about sustainable agriculture.

-Immersive farm stay experience in a charming tiny house surrounded by 500 acres of nature.

-Participation in daily farm activities and seasonal tasks, gaining practical skills and knowledge.

-Opportunities for networking and building connections with like-minded individuals in the farming community.

-On farm, Invite-Only, mentorship reunion events (hosted once yearly, next event 2025)

-Access to our Pasture Wise Graduate program (you must have completed at minimum, two-weeks of our Seasoned Shepherd program)
